Terms of Use

Worklog Invoices for Jira

The agreement

Your use of Worklog Invoices for Jira is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and, where it applies, the Atlassian Marketplace Partner agreement between Atlassian and Tigran Avakov. These terms add to that agreement and do not replace it. Where they disagree, the Atlassian terms win.

Licence

While your subscription is active, you may install and use the app on the Atlassian site it was licensed for, for as many users as your licence covers. You may not redistribute the app, resell it, or take it apart to build a competing product.

What the app is not

The app is a tool. It records what your team does and enforces the rules you configure; it does not make judgements of its own. In particular:

Availability

The app runs on the Atlassian Forge platform, so its availability is Atlassian's. We do not operate servers of our own that could go down, and we cannot restore data that Atlassian loses. Keep your own backups of anything you would be unwilling to re-enter — every one of our apps can export its data to a file for exactly that reason.

Support and changes

Support is described on the support page. We may change or remove features between versions; changes that require new permissions have to be approved by your Jira administrator before they take effect.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Tigran Avakov is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You may uninstall the app at any time; billing follows the Atlassian Marketplace rules. If a licence lapses, the app stops working, but the data it stored stays in place until the app is removed.
