Worklog Invoices for Jira
Your data never leaves Atlassian. Worklog Invoices for Jira is a Forge app and qualifies for the Atlassian Runs on Atlassian programme. It has no outbound network access at all: everything it stores lives in Forge SQL inside Atlassian's own infrastructure, in the region Atlassian hosts your site in. We do not operate any server that could receive your data.
Tigran Avakov develops and publishes this app. For questions about this policy, write to support@avakode.com.
Nothing. The app only reads worklogs and issues from Jira; it never creates or modifies anything there.
Nobody. There are no sub-processors, no analytics, no error-reporting services and no third-party APIs. This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse: a Forge app that declares any outbound egress loses the Runs on Atlassian badge, and that change would be visible to your Jira administrator on the next app update.
Only users of your Jira site, through the app's own screens, subject to Jira's permissions. We have no console, no admin panel and no ability to read your data. If you report a problem, we can only work from what you send us.
For as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes its storage together with the app, as handled by the Forge platform. If you want the data removed while keeping the app, delete the records through the app's screens, or ask us and we will tell you exactly which screen does it.
Because the data lives on your own Atlassian site, you remain its controller. Requests for access, correction or deletion are answered from within your site — the app's screens show everything it stores. Write to support@avakode.com if you need help locating something.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what the app stores or where it goes, the change will appear here with a new date, and the app version that introduces it will require your administrator to approve the new permissions.
